Confidentiality & IP Protection Notice

All designs, drawings, schematics, Gerber files, PCB layouts, BOMs, specifications, firmware, software, technical information, documents, samples, business information and other materials (“Confidential Information”) shared with Quadrionix remain the sole property and intellectual property of the person or organisation providing them. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to Quadrionix by submitting such information.

Nothing in this notice gives Quadrionix any licence, ownership or other right in the customer's intellectual property except the limited right to use the information solely as necessary for the stated project or requested services.

Quadrionix will treat such information as confidential and will use it only for the purpose of evaluating, quoting, developing, manufacturing or otherwise performing the project or services requested by the customer. Quadrionix will not knowingly disclose, reproduce, use or provide such information to any third party except to personnel, approved vendors or service providers who need access for the relevant project and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Quadrionix will not use the customer's designs, technical information or other Confidential Information to develop, manufacture or support products for itself or any third party, except as expressly authorized by the customer.

If the project is completed, discontinued, or if Quadrionix is not selected for the proposed project or manufacturing contract, Quadrionix will, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements, securely delete/destroy the customer's Confidential Information within a reasonable period.
